It doesn't always work out but it sure is great to unwind in the woods. Still have 2 months left. Vacation sure flies by. Good luck the remainder of the season. I'm going tomorrow to hang out in a tree and assess the shotgun damage.

No deer yet but no complaints either. I’m looking for the late season hunting now because we have plenty of food sources. We have green plots, standing corn and standing beans.

That bitter cold weather is rough but it sure brings em out early. Sounds like you have plenty of good food.

Damn nice! Looks like should be hunting with that outfitter! 6 miles is a good ways away, but at least they are in the area.

Personally, I wouldn’t give any outfitter around here a dime to hunt with them. I’m not knocking all outfitters, but the ones around here only care about how many hunters they can run through any given property.

Just install the optimizer lite sight. As far as installing my quiver Mount, is there a spacer and bolt kit available to offset the mount from the sight?

I went way up north to the closest PSE dealer and shot the new 35 ata carbon stealth air. Ordered one right away, what a fantastic bow that is

Yeah, looks like you'll have to adjust your windage however thick the bracket is

Decided to leave my buck spots alone today and try for a doe. My all time favorite doe tree is 92 steps from the center of a blacktop road. It paid off again today. Forgot to take pictures of her but I did take one of the trail.20181120_160532.jpg
The white dot is where my tree is.

while I like to track a deer, it gets frustrating when you begin to doubt your shot. But then you have a good shot with a nice blood trail and your confidence is redeemed :)

a bit twisted but I like to watch them drop after the shot, then you know it was a good death.
