Is there a list of authorized dealers? There's some dealers (authorized or not, not sure) that sell BD products with discounts... are purchasing through them with a discount eligible for the rebate?

Edit: duh... you provided a link to the authorized dealers. And I guess it's safe to assume that any dealer not on that list/map doesn't qualify for the rebate.

 

Cash back... why not just take it off the price? Sounds scammy

 

There are certain dealers that order through distributors and they won't be listed on that map. Is there a certain company you have a question about? Happy to double check and make sure they are legit.

Our MAP Policy doesn't allow for us (or dealers) to advertise over 10% OFF MSRP. The rebate allows customers to get extra savings without violating this policy. No spam here, we ran a similar promotion last year

2 questions:

when we send in our rebate form, do we get any kind of confirmation that the paperwork qualifies?

and do we still need to fill out the registration card for the warranty? or does the rebate form count as registration also? i noticed it had pretty much the same info

The registration isn't a requirement. Just keep a copy of your invoice and you're set for the warranty.
