I'm extremely happy with my OME Dakar rear leaf springs. I can't answer for a complete lift kit from them but they are generally know to be of good quality and popular because of that. You wouldn't go wrong with a kit from them.

Very cool.Yeah I'm not sure but I'm thinking about it! Don't know if I wanna go for it.Not sure how the ride and wear and tear would be.Id honestly like a leveling kit if they have them for my year of truck.

Have you seen any leveling kits that pick up the front as well like bigger trucks?

I installed the full OME 2” Med kit a few weeks ago.

So far it’s been good. I feel like it rides almost as smooth as stock, just a little stiffer which I prefer, but not bad. My only complaint is I didn’t get quite as much lift as I hoped to. It states it’s a 2” lift, however I carefully measured before and after with same tire pressure and I got under 2” of lift. I installed the medium kit with the 888 coils.

    I just installed my OME
So far they are great. so much better ride than my worn out springs.
But now my tires look too small so Im buying new tires this weekend.
I have a few more things to do then I can go wheeling and really be able to report the difference.
There is a long running thread about Old Man Emu (OME)
After living in Australia for a year I really love having some Ausi pride on my ride

Wheelers offload had the best price because it included everything the others left out. Pluss they have a nice discount if you add in the spc upper control arm and other stuff. I cant remember everything I got.

Ome is awesome as long as you don't plan on any high speed shenanigans or sweet jumps

No ones gonna answer that in a thread that’s titled old man emu. There’s a thread for all lift kits, you’d have a better chance at an answer there man

I had a buddy that had fox shocks and the were nice handled trails real well. I got old man emu this summer partially cause my leaf spring was f'ed. And i love it ive loaded down my truck with hay, wood, ect ride nice. mine are technically the ones for the v6 but im glad i got em because ive put them to work. ride nice on highway, get decent flex good on trails. i would say from my experience unless youre planning a major nice build id stick with ome for now. cheaper and still great quality
