I bought a full set of hertz speakers today but I can't install them without either making adapters from wood or ordering some kinds of already made adapter from internet...

What would be the best solution?
How have you installed your aftermarkets speakers?

Metra makes adapters for both the speakers and the wiring. 82-8146 for the fronts, 82-8148 for the rears, and 72-8104 for the wiring adapters. You can get the whole set on Amazon for about $35.

Alternatively I think Mr Marv makes adapters for the speakers from birch plywood. Check the vendors section or audio section.

I've seen these but for the rear they talk about 6 3/4... Are they good for 6 1/2 !?

They are supposed to work for the range of 6 to 6.75, but fair warning there are people on Amazon who say they aren't fitting 2017 Tacoma's.

Go to crutchfield and double check which adaptors you need. Order from them or source from Amazon
