    Hi everyone,

I brought a Tacoma late summer. I was excited to start buying things for it. My first purchase was a pair of sliders from Demello off road in California. I ordered this in August. I have not receive it yet or is it ship yet. From your experience, what is the average time frame from order to delivery for parts like this?

    Thanks

    Too few to list.
I would say 8 weeks lead time is standard for most

That is not unusual to wait that long from some shops. We're 12-16 weeks on most of our sliders.
A lot of the shops in the industry are just a few people running the business, manufacturing the parts, and handling all of the customer service.

I'm past 5 months on my sliders from CBi... so there is that. just pick a company that has good customer service and will update you as well. CBi did none of those things... and it really destroyed any repeat or reputable purchase from me and my mates

@JBadWulf tell me about it man. Same thing with Demello Offroad. Took them about 5 months as well. I ordered it last August and just got it in January... they gave me a 6-8 weeks lead time when I ordered. No updates at all.

It's really crappy when you have companies that are like that, CBi has done 'Zero' to update as well. It's so weird how quick they are to respond to e-mails when you have questions about ordering... but once they have your $$$ it's 'don't give a sh!t' mode... weird right!

Hey, just wanted to apologize again for that. We never give a lead time with the intentions of going over that lead time. We are equally frustrated that it takes us that long to fulfill slider orders and it's been something we are working towards fixing.
