Looking for recommendation on a window/door company. New house has original windows from 1972.

I used K&J windows out of Phoenix a few months ago. They were great people to work with, had an error in my favor in the quote and they honored it even after I told them I will pay what I owe. The install team was good too, taking their time and being clean and tidy on the project.

If you want a really obscene quote, call Renewal by Anderson. They quoted me $100k for replacement windows. I laughed the salesman out of my house after that.

32 windows, around $22k. I had some large windows too. We picked Simonton windows, but they offered a variety. They worked with us to get the best windows in our budget.

Awesome, I'll give them a call. We have Krasiva Windows coming Wednesday and Lowe's coming on Saturday to give us a quote. I only have 8 windows and 3-4 doors. The windows are original, during a blower test yesterday you could feel the air movement from a foot away on a few of the closed windows. We need to do something before summer. We are in the initial learning phase.

I've had my shocks built by a gentleman named Lee he owns a company called raceshock.com it's a small operation out of his house but he has the best turn around time and fair prices. He's off of the 51 and Thunderbird in that area. He knows his stuff!

How did your window project go? I had a friend get a quote from World of windows and it was really reasonable.. I think she had something like 18 windows and it was less than 13K..

I'm about to start getting some quotes too....

So the taco is in need of a new paint job.. Clear coat is starting to come off and getting oxidation spots.. I'm not looking for any type of custom paint job but looking for something solid and decent that will last the use/abuse the factory has provided (2006). Thinking I will go with the same silver color.

Anyone have any recommendations on shops to take it to?

No full glass coverage? I got a vendor that is really good and will cut you a solid cash pay price.

If you have full glass most of the cash back shops are not approved or preferred vendors with insurance carriers and it can slow down your claim.

Looking for a good but reasonably priced body shop in the Tucson area.

Not for the Taco, this will be for my 2004 Ram. Want to have the hood and front bumper painted and will need the roof and some other areas repainted to correct peeling clear coat and some bed dings.
