I am searching for a discontinued EGR valve, toyota part# 25860-75050. See attached photo. Can anyone tell me if a valve from a 3.4L is compatible with my 2.4L? Not getting much help from the dealer.

Vacuum switching valves are pretty simple you just need to find one that does what you need.

without having a diagram close at hand it would only be a guess.

Then Toyota is great for changing things around the pins might be reversed as well as ports .

Most dealer parts people are give me the VIN this is what you need.

Worse case used from a yard or Ebay etc

Thanks. Similar, but not the same. I have one other auto wrecker in the area that has a couple of trucks like mine. Just too much snow at this time to go trudging around out there. Toyota parts was not much help. Number not in the system, see ya. Thanks for you assistance.

Thank you Jon. Yes, it's from a 1995 2.4L Extra Cab 2WD Standard. The part number Toyota gave me is 26860-75050. Can't find one anywhere online. The closet I can come is a 1995 3.4L for a Lexus. The electrical connection appears the same, as well as the vacuum connections. Thanks for your help.

Make sure you get as many of these components for yourself when you get to these trucks. Even 4runners
