I have those days occasional, a bit annoying, but they do happen. Anything and everything, get the shovel handle and cram that crap in faster!

I ended up eating some more chicken and another sweet potato. Hardly anything to kill the diet but an excess of what I normally eat nonetheless lol

It’s funny how you can’t even help it. Your body is just like “ight we need some food right now”

You handled it well then. I usually throw the book out and raid the rest of the family's crap food.

Wellllll tonight I’m getting tacos with the ole lady since she’s flying in for a few days and I’m sure we are going to meet with families and eat during the weekend too. So I try to save my splurging until the days I really need it.

Bump. You have to water a bamboo tree for 5 years before it breaks ground. Then it takes off. I’m still watering this thread lol

I got to 199lbs by Jan 1st. About 15lbs shy of where I wanted to be but that's okay. Second week of cutting is going well. Just wish people would stop bringing platters full of breakfast burritos to work.

Funny, that's the kind of thing I do when food gets brought in. Also been known to remove the sammich innards when there are just breadified sammichs available. Candy, cake, and cookies on the other hand, I'm just f^&ked.

You think the 150 cal tortilla is the bad part? Not the chorizo or sausage? Lol
I get what you're saying though.
I'm not a low carb diet follower, the problem is all my food is already planned and prepped. Adding in a 400 cal breakfast burrito just doesnt work haha.
