Well guys I need some help.
I had a weird grinding, vibrating sound when I pushed in the clutch pedal. Thought for sure it was the throw out bearing. Replaced the throw out bearing and thought it was fixed but the sound came back. It only does it when I push the clutch pedal in, when I let the pedal back out it stops. Any suggestion?
Clutch looked fine replaced it about a year ago

Could be the input shaft. Could be pilot bearing. Could be clutch on it's way out. How did it look when I assume you took it apart? Have to know more about what you did to help out more.

Well it started making a noise, thought it was throw out bearing. Replaced it an checked for input shaft play and pilot bearing seemed ok. Put it back together and noise returned. Replaced everything about 10,000 miles ago. Only makes the noise when the clutch pedal is pushed in. Does not matter if I am setting still or going down the road. Push in the clutch and the noise starts but not all the time. See video attached

That's strange. I had my 98's trans all rebuilt, new clutch and all and it makes a wirring sound but only wjen I disengage the clutch. Have you tried adjusting your clutch pedal at all at the master cylinder? Did you happen to see the condition of the shift fork?

I'm almost certain it is the pilot bearing. Been talking with @gearcruncher he helped me diagnose it, thanks for your help always appreciated.

Keep us up to date . I dont enjoy telling people they have to take their trans back out but after a text book diagnosis , the pilot bearing is the most likely culprit . There are other areas of concern like a possible bent input shaft as well as the bellhousing not being flush with the engine block or out of round . This is providing everything is assembled correctly and working as it should .
There are some diagnostics lower in this thread

    OME and worth every penny.
Was that replaced 10K miles ago?
    If so what brand?

Only asking for posterity's sake, we need to make informed decisions in the future.
Many of us have the clutch bound to be coming up in the near future. 200K miles is asking a lot from stock components, ANY of them.

When I was a kid the most you saw there was a bushing.
I was suspect the first time I saw a bearing but have been pleasantly surprised.

when the bearing comes out tell us who the manufacturer is please, I am curious if it is a Japaneese bearing, a Korean bearing or a chineese bearing. In addition, I think that that bearing should be shielded on bolt sides... that is a pretty harsh environment, clutch dust and heat, to not have a double shielded bearing in there to keep the dirt out and the grease in.

As I stated above it is a Toyota bearing and it was shielded on both side.

It's not Toyota. Prob. a Koyo if you bought from the dealer. Should say on the shielding.
