Ended up picking up a Ruger Am Ranch in 300 BLK today.

Gun safe key pad shit the bed so spent an hour on the phone with Cannon

Since my safe is locked down, I’ve got to rent a gun for tomorrow’s conceal carry course that I’m taking for the second time lol.

It’s been a day full of mixed emotions

    Update on this.
M&P with TLR-1 works well, with the Holosun HS507C on a DueckDefense dovetail mount there’s very little clearance between the top of the optic and the holster, but it does fit.
The optic cover hood easily pops open on the draw, however with this dovetail mount it does not reliably pop open because of the iron sight in the dovetail mount.
There’s quite a lot of room for very tall suppressor sights inside the holster which is something I was worried about.

Sig P320 also fits well with the TLR-1.

Unfortunately the re-holster stroke is much different on the RDS holster than the regular 6360 holster, it requires much more precision and if you screw it up on the first time you’re gonna fumble with it for a few seconds before it goes home.
Also both the M&P and P320 are quite loose without the light attached, and my Glock 19 (which fits my 6360 holster for my M&P) is very sloppy even with the light.

I am a Sig fan and I do not really care for Glocks. I tried out a 365 and a G43 at a local range to make up my mind. I have a G43 now with Taran Tactical extension. To me, the Sig feels nice and has better capacity, but under the surface it feels like mistakes were made.

I have a 365 and like it. Trigger pull 'feels' lighter than measured (I forget the numbers). It feels good in the hand where the glock needed the mag extensions to feel good. Shoots good and is small.

i had the 43, though i loved it. The 6+1 capacity was no bueno.

the P365 feels great in my hand. might have to get one.... but I'm waiting for G code to make a holster for it. thanks for your reply.

I have bear claw hands so a +2 is mandatory for me. i keep a +1 for when it really has to hide, and I have a few +3 extensions for range use. All of my G43 mags have Taran extensions, even the factory Glock long mag is too short.

Plus I can keep it in the truck when prohibited to carry in a nice small hidden area. Vedder is a legit holster for kydex.

They claim 5.5lbs but that’s total BS. Ones I’ve shot were closer to 3-3.5

Okay guys, I have some issues with my CCW. It’s a Shield 9mm. Just installed the HYVE trigger (trigger only, not safety plunger and springs) Also has the frame and slide Cerakoted and installed some Trijicon sights finally. But this trigger is giving me fits
The trigger bar is somehow being pushed to the side and not under the sear. But I can pull the trigger really hard and then I’ll be able to pull the stringer and “fire” the gun. I have some videos

If you have worked on M&Ps or a gun smith let me know and I can send you videos Anden pictures.
This trigger ONLY removes take up. So you have to file 30-60thou off the end of the trigger bar, for the thumb safety version (which mine is) other than that, it’s literally just pinning the new trigger to the factory bar
