Your picture indicates that the front headrest has a leather face. Mine feels like vinyl. Not a big deal, the seats look awesome.

 

Got my front Katzkin in with the Degreez heating/cooling system. Just need to wire in the switches to their permanent position now. Thanks again John they came out awesome!

 

Please post your thoughts on the cooled seats! I am planning this as a future mod and I want to know if they are worth it.

 

Will do. Every other car at my household has them and I drive with them all the time, hoping these will work out the same. I tested them when I had the seat apart and they worked great, but still need to get them plugged in with the leather on top now.

 

So do these just fit over the stock covers?

 

These replace the stock cloth. So not a cover more of a whole reskin.

 

Yes, you're replacing the cloth completely.

FYI, the install kit is in one of the headrests, I did not realize this and did not open the headrest covers until at the end when I was done with everything else and had gone and bought some hog ring pliers and a box of rings....lol oops

I found this thread from the FJ Cruiser forums, was wondering if Katzkin can still offer the "Cabo Cruiser" style pattern? I'm not interested in the Cabo logo itself or these colors, but I like the way the insert and wings look vs stock.


I'm putting some thoughts together right now for possible spring purchase. Also, is the colbalt blue available in suede as well as the leather? I've installed Katzkin before and appreciate the quality. Thanks!
