Wish they were both like some other brands that make wheels for offroad trucks.

    So stupid question...The 17x8.5 - 6x5.5 are hub centric since 5.5 inches = 139.7 mm?

The 6-139.7 first indicates that the wheels are lug centric. It's the center bore diameter that determines if the wheel is hub centric - check out the thread below for additional info

But will these wheels look like this after a couple months of driving? Paint missing around the bead and all these perforations...

Those are powder coated steel and the methods are anodized aluminum. I would assume they will handle corrosion differently. I don't know if it will be better or worse, guessing better. I never ran powder coated rims on beadlocks because the coating can fail, flake off and cause leaks. Also don't have corrosion issues in the southwest.

Following to see when someone takes them out and uses them. Interested in a set for the 4runner since the Tacoma has Hutchinson's.

I've been poking around here and there. Just had a club run last weekend. I should get the pics up soon on the forum. Been doing a few solo trips to the states here and there.

Yes I put them on in July. Found this last week. Hard off-roading. But there has been no mud in the beads. Haven’t broken a bead until last week in the snow. I have no idea how this fit here, there has never been anything jammed in the beads like mud or dust. And it’s equal on all 4 wheels. So I think it’s the wheels.

Does anybody know if the stock Lugnuts will work with these wheels? I had a set of Mt classic 3 and the stock lugs didn’t fit that’s y I’m asking.

About to order a set of 16x8 bronze from JC Whitney for $680. Anyone find any better deals? Even with ebays 15% off today, the cheapest I can find them is $707 on there.

Also should I be ordering hubrings? I see different hub bores listed on almost every site.

Edit: Ended up doing 2 different transactions with their sign up promo code (15% off or something like that) for a total of $630 from JC Whitney. Now off to ordering new lugs.
