    80/20 extruded aluminum.

15 series 1.5”x0.75” for the bottom rails
10 series for the side doors
30 series for most everything else.

It’s a hodge podge of different sizes due to I found a bunch of 30 series in a scrap yard

More work on the side tables today. Almost done with them. Added rubber bumpers for the fender, mounted, them up, added patches, just need cables to call it done.

Finished the tables up, tried out the stove fitment and the new front runner cutlery. Think it fits quite well

Very nice camper development - practical utility. Thanks for posting the photos. I'll be getting my OVRLND camper soon.

The new propex hs2800 arrived in the mail today, time to start fabbing our some mounts and cover panel for the intake and exhaust. Also finished up the wolf pack mounts for the roof rack.

Got some 20lb 44” lift struts in today. Should help easily with the roof lifting.

Installed my new lift struts on the front of the camper, make it easier to lift up. Ordered some for the rear, as the fronts were a proof of concept. I also found a place for my blue ridge overland gear bags, just gotta order 1-2 more to fill up the wall.0DC8A47A-ADC8-4F8F-ABB8-5792ADDD31AB.jpg6EDB7875-7485-4A86-8D36-34EB87677CAC.jpg4D3C5515-0DCE-40F2-BA15-5C1D41DA61CB.jpg5F060D94-4BDF-4990-9828-173527236C2E.jpgDFD0A80E-D6A4-46D7-B316-7E0FBAFB2B41.jpg

Got my second set of lift struts in, and totally worth it. Makes opening easier, and closing much easier.

    Looking really good. Terrific progress.

Question: What are the dimensions of your camper's side openings?

YMMV, but I would suggest putting the Propex controller within reach of your bed so you can adjust it while laying in bed.
