95 T100 Build

Hello there, I have a 1995 t100 ext. Can, I got the truck around 219000* miles on it, I bought it with a rebuilt timing belt, water pump,stiff done to the front end, for a good price.
But I'm looking to do a big build on this truck.
** What I want to do.
I want to put a straight axle swap on it.
Modify the gearing ratio
Lockers front and rear
Exhaust
Bumpers
Interior.
Headrack
** What I have done.
I got 5% tint on the back and side window,13% front, strip on the front window
Put a new front axle in it.
Put 31 inch hanhooks on for winter tires and studded
Touch screen radio
Light bar on front bumper
Sqaure pods on back bumper


I have a long way to go.
