Carolina Tacoma

Hello all, this is my build thread for my 2001 Tacoma Ext. Cab V6 TRD-Offroad 5 spd

This truck was gifted to me by my parents for my first vehicle


Here she is just about how I got her, added a toolbox that I found on Ebay for $50!

Unfortunatley I couldn't find the picture of when I got her.



Got my exhaust done at Walt's Muffler Shop in Lexington NC, great place.

I put a Flowmaster 40 series and a 5 inch tip I believe.

Overall I think it sounds awesome.



My buddy wanted to take his Santa Fe off-road so I took him with me. He ended up getting stuck and the slope caused his fuel pump to shut off so I had to drag him out of the woods.
It did surprisingly well!





Lift install! My buddy has a shop so we put the lift on over a weekend! A lot harder than I thought it would be but over all I am satisified with the outcome!





Here is how she sits today! Did great in this "blizzard" we got here in North Carolina.

 

Nice!! I'm here in NC also (Charlotte) but didn't need to get out in the snow until it was pretty much gone.
