I know there are plenty of posts about lifts and the parts to use, but I think I need a more tailored opinion of what I should do for my lift.

Just got bfg ko2 265/70r17 and want to lift just a little bit. Preferably 1.75" front and 1" rear.
I do some minor weekend 4 wheelin, and never really haul anything over 200 lbs of camping gear and 4 people.

I was thinking of getting the bilstein 5100 adjustable with stock springs for the front. It seems cost effective and easy to adjust to get that 1.75" (I think its a 2" setting that settles down to 1.75?)

Rear I'm not so sure what I should do. I want to maintain my ride comfort while getting around a 1" lift, dont really want to go any more than that.
I'm looking at a toytec 1" block, and even though blocks aren't considered the best, most of the problems people had that I read about were with larger blocks, so I figure maybe a 1" wouldnt be a problem.
But my truck does have 135k on it, and the rear leafs don't look too great, and I heard the toyota leaf packs aren't that great in the first place, so I also thought of a brand new wheelers pack, aal, or maybe a shackle lift?
Then I'd get some 5100s for the rear as well to match around a 1" lift.

So what should I do for some long lasting, comfortable 1" rear lift?

I got suspension off a 2017 TRD and multi add a leaf in the rear. It's about 1.5" taller all around. Rides great.

Interesting, level now? Or still sloping down to front?

It's got a little rake, but I think an aftermarket rear bumper will fix that.

    Bilstein 5100's, Wheelers AAL, 285/75/17's
5100's would be a good start. I also run the wheelers progressive AAL and I've been impressed with it. I have my fronts set at 2.25" with stock coils. If you have the TSB leafs run the fronts at 1.5" and see how you like it.

I had 1.75” up front and 1.5” rear using a progressive AAL. You can see my write up below. I’d advocate for the 1.5” progressive AAL in the rear over using blocks, the 0.5” isn’t that much higher and if your springs are worn you may end up with about a 1” lift anyway. It will ride better with the progressive AAL and blocks are not kind to leaf packs causing axle wrap, which the Tacoma leafs already have enough going against them there isn’t need to add more wear and tear on them. Of course a new leaf pack would be best.

I'm not opposed to new spring packs, especially since mine don't look too great. What brand would you recommend?

The trick is finding a replacement pack with the low amount of lift that you are looking for. Some people have used General Spring HD packs to get ~1.5" of lift, I think some others buy aftermarket packs and remove leafs to get down to a lower lift level. I'm pretty happy with my AAL on my OEM 3+1 pack for my needs, but my truck was also brand new when I put them in. So far there has been minor sag but otherwise holding up well.

The icon 1.5 inch add a leaf is pretty good. You can take the bottom overload spring out and it gave me somewhere between an inch and an inch and a half
