Ironic, the TRD intake arrived today from Germain. No updates or anything from USPS.

:( I can't even get the online parts guy to pick up the phone. The parts department said one guy was off this week so I've been trying ot be reasonable and patient.

Received my wheel order from Salinas Toyota on Friday and had them installed on Saturday, no issues with them at all. Pumped!

My skid cane today, the box was banged up pretty good. There are some scratches on the bottom and I’m missing a bolt. Don’t care about the scratches/scuffs because skid plate, but the missing bolt sucks.

Mine was the same and missing a bolt. Contacted the dealer and of course haven’t heard anything. Luckily it was one of the small bolts at the back and I was able to reuse the bolt from the factory plate. Those two small ones from the back are the same as factory, but if your missing any of the larger bolts then good luck.

No same for me one of the small back ones. I figured I could use an existing bolt but I’m still going to contact them anyways.

Who did you order from? John Elway in California? Good luck and let me know if you hear anything, maybe I’ll try again tomorrow too. They did a terrible job taping the box shut.

Yes same place. I’ll call but I honestly expect them to just tell me it’s a fedex issue and to take it up with them. If they packaged it, it was done poorly and the bolts were able to puncture the box and then subsequently fall out. I’m getting though that it’s the way it came from Toyota and they just don’t take any care in packaging skid plates anymore. My TRD skid for my 2nd gen came with styrofoam and better bracing so the bolts wouldn’t touch the box at all.

I didnt like the look after I put it on and ran for a week. Everything else on my truck is blacked out and now that big silver skid looks out of place. I thought about painting it black but I think I’m just going to put the stock skid back on.
