    UPDATE:

    This kit is in full swing. I have all the components inbound. A few things have changed;

    1) This will be a COMPLETE PLUG AND PLAY KIT. 100% LED conversion.
    Including:
    -4X 7443 RED Brake LED bulbs
    -2X Custom Switchback Bulbs
    -2X Custom Wiring harnesses
    -2X Plug in load resistors

    2)I have worked with an LED company to make a special switchback to fit into the stock reverse socket hole. Combined with my 3D printed twist lock adapter, these lock in just like stock.

    3) Load resistor will be on a separate harness so depending on what LED's are currently in your vehicle, you can add, remove, or fine tune the resistance.

    MSRP: $100/Kit (tentative)

    Yes. That is why I made a QD harness before the swithcback bulb. You will be able to purchase the entire T harness and will give you a 3 pin wire connector you can hook to anything(triton in your case).

    I think it's going to be a hit. It's super functional, NO modifications, and reasonably priced for everything that's going into it. The biggest challenge was getting a switchback in the stock reverse hole (which is a very small diameter) Without cutting or trimming. But nothing I can't handle:D

    How's it look from the side? The reflector is made to direct light straight backwards but with the new bulb is it visible from the broadside as well?

    Good question!
    Since all of my mods are not just looks but functional, Here are some light shots of the stock tail light...

    Overall the new location has very good coverage. It doesn't quite shine as forward as the stock one, but that is mainly due to the fact the stock lens has a little window on the side.
    (you can clearly see where the red stops and starts again) if it wasn't for the window, they would have the same distance. My thoughts are, if someone is that far forward on the side of you, the mirror signals will be the next most visible part.

    Although, you can really see the vertical light difference with the bottom bucket vs stock top.
