Now just trying to find a lower at a good price .Since this will be my first real build (ordered my 5.56 by the part but had gun shop assembled) and spent more then planned ,trying to keep this 1 a budget build .

You can legally have it in MD no issues, you can't carry it without a CCW though which is next to impossible to get in MD.

Unless your a criminal, most of them carry in Maryland. That's the problem with this state.

Yea, and the judges help keep the gun-toting criminals on the streets.

Judges must stop letting violent criminals go

Never said we didn't carry, just said we can't do it legally. It's sad this commie state forces good people to do illegal things.

That's why I love being in WV, can carry concealed or open. While walking down a aisle in the Berkeley Springs Food Lion I complimented a older gentleman on his Glock hat. We ended up having a 20min conversation about guns & gun control. He was wearing his Glock on his hip. When walking around town you see that everybody has a pistol of some sort holstered on their hip. I'm not saying that Berkeley Springs is crime free like Mayberry but you don't have crime like you do here in Baltimore. I'm still shocked when I see nice bicycles sitting unattended & unlocked on a busy sidewalk or atvs parked in people's driveways & yards. Can't do that here in Baltimore. And its because the criminals know that property owners are armed and have the legal right to protect themselves & their property.

Welcome to Maryland and the Kool Kidz thread! I drive through Canton every morning on my way to work. If I see you I'll stop and say hi.

My truck is easy to recognize.

    It's definitely a great morning!

Took my Technicians class HAM test yesterday and.......

No, I didn't just pass it, I Fucking Crushed It!

I didn't know it at the time but apparentlydidvery well beacause before telling me,theyasked me if I wanted to take the Amateur Extratest.

All said and done, 35 questions from a pool of over 400, with an allowance to miss 9. I took about 9 or 10 practice tests studying for a about 2 weeks, 1 week very seriously. A couple hours the night before, an hour here the morning of, then a half an hour there right before.

I Memorized OHMs Law formula, Power in Watts formula. Memorized the common circuitcomponents of a transceiver.

The test questions are at random. Mine were barely any of the ones on my practice tests. I only had one component question and oneformula question. The rest were all theory and practice.

I thought for sure I was going to psych myself out after the first couple of questions. I was shaking. I took my time moved on when I saw a unfamiliar question, then went back to it.

I only guessed at three, two I'm sure my first instinct was right, but guessed wrong. The third I was completely unsure.

So basically I only missed 3 total out of 35.

I'm going to study more and get some handson real world practice then go for my Amateur Extra!
