Holy crap, that is an expensive rig for as much as I am home! I like the way you think though, now I just need a rich friend to convince that they need a multimac while I buy suspension parts.

I personally think my sensors are goin bad. I’m sitting at about 95k with maybe 10k on the blower

 

They probably are. Air fuel ratio sensors were designed with a life expectancy of 80,000 miles before they go bad from the manufacturer. It's the price we pay for higher precision which brings us closer to lambda over a standard oxygen sensor. Not to say they won't go longer but they begin to decline in performance somewhere around or shortly after that mileage usually. I have seen vehicles go 130-150 with oe AFR sensors though.

mA, milliamperage. You need to ensure that the sensors are moving some sort of milliamperage while you have the issue if they are sticking at 0 then sure enough you have sensor issues.

 

You can also use a hacksaw or dremel to cut a slit in the front of the allen bolt then use a big screwdriver to remove the bolt.

I used a standard bolt and drilled a depression in the head to keep the puller centered.

Used a Craftsman 3/8" drive 1/2" socket to press against the shaft. Slightly smaller than the SC shaft. Nearly a perfect fit.



FYI, I did use an impact gun on the puller and a prybar to counter-hold it so the thing wouldn't turn. As you can see in the pic, I did this before the blower was installed. Clearance for the puller and impact gun will be blocked by the radiator support if the supercharger is installed already.

 

Pro tips right there gents.

 

And then you can hack the sh!t out of it like me. Didn’t have a cut off wheel. Drill bits went to town.

There are three easy steps to running a pulley on your TRD Supercharger following this easy instructional below:

Step 1: Remove URD press on pulley via destruction method
Step 2: Throw it in the trash
Step 3: Install Qwikchange pulley

 

Well in their defense, I lost the caps that go over mine so alot of road grime probably causes some corrosion on the outside of the check valve and caused it to seize in place. Hence why I ordered another set from them. They work beautifully, when they do lol.

 

@12TRDTacoma Just curious why the m90 quickchange won't work instead of the m45? shaft size difference or what?

Having used them to bleed the brakes following install, I agree with your assessment of their functionality. They, and my TRD brake booster, make the job quick and easy.
