    Fluid looks good.
    However, I did add an magnetic filter to the return line just before it goes back into the reservoir. I wonder if if that is creating an issue with fluid flow back to the pump? I might replace the return line without the filter and see if I get the same results...

    All the usual diesel truck mods- fuel system upgrade, programmer, CAI, intake manifold, j hooked waste gate
    With that said I would say yes that most certainly is the culprit. A pump is designed to flow a certain amount of fluid and if the supply is obstructed in any way the pump will cavitate and make noise as a result. Definitely get that thing out of there and report back.
