What kind of harness do I need for my 2018 DCSB?

I really tried looking this up, but I'm still confused. Nothing really clarified the solution for me. I am installing a 5 channel amp, replacinf the front and rear door speakers with Kickers, and installing a sub and amp. What harness/adapter do I need to do this project? I have a 2018 SR5 with the 6 inch non-JBL system. Thanks for the help
