Hoping to lean on the knowledge base here.

Will be towing a 3200lb car about 500 miles round-trip next week. Will be borrowing a uhaul trailer and need to get a trailer ball and ball mount.

I was looking at getting a 2" drop mount and 2" ball. My question is which fits the best in the OEM trailer hitch? I was looking at a forged Reese 21330 or Curt 45340. Does anyone have experience with either?

I have used Reese and never had an issue.

Just get one at Uhaul. They all work the same.
You will be pulling less than 5K, not 55K lol.

Any brand is fine. Pay attention to the drop. It's hard to predict what drop to get without comparing the height of the trailer tongue vs the height of your receiver hitch. It's nice to have a level trailer. Instead of buying online, get your hitch from a hardware store that will let you take it to the trailer and return it for a different drop if it's not level. Better yet, buy your hitch from the Uhaul place. They'll give you the right size. 2 inch drop may be fine but ya never know.
