Battle Royale Games

i came in second place in duos when my teammate died with over 50+ people left, i got 10 kills, downed 1 guy and the last guy got me bc i didnt heal up was so mad, have a couple of squad wins already but no solo or duo wins yet. they should of included weapon stats on the menu more then "slow firing high damage assault rifle" it will be a lot easier once i learn all the guns by name

 

I really wish they would've sold Blackout as its own separate game for like $20 or $30.

I dropped Fortnite a couple of months ago and haven't missed it one bit. The gunplay in that game was the most frustrating thing I've ever experienced in a PvP shooter.

Blackout looks to be the most stable BR released so far, and I really like that it's FPS instead of 3rd person. No way I can justify $60 to play one game mode, though.

 

try pubg for 30$ its came along way, can play in both first person only and 3rd person modes, has 3 different maps and id says 100 different guns with 1000s of different attachments

 

Pubg is a flaming hunk of shit. After playing blackout I immediately deleted it from my steam library. It was fun when it was the only option in its class, but now with a AAA alternative it really shows you how dogshit it actually is. The fact that they have an official campaign for it called FIX PUBG is just hilarious to me. Their spaghetti code plays like it was written on a speak and spell

 

I have been playing Ring of Elysium for my BR fix. Its free on steam. I have quite a few hours on pubg, around 400, and I agree its pretty shit. I check back in on it every few months to see what progess they have made.

 

PuBG is not even close to being optimized though. 10K PCs still have issues trying to run it.

 

TABG is the best BR game. Hands down. Any game where you can run around in an Adidas track suit, shooting your guns sideways while Tri-Poloski plays out loud wins my vote.

 

Just got my first solo win in pubg!!!! 11 kills and finally did it on the 56th game. I thought i would never win.

 

Been playing Blackout a lot lately, anybody else see the new Apex Legends that came out I think yesterday? Looks pretty good to me.

 

I finally watched it this morning for a few. What's with the sorcery type stuff? Looks like you get overshields and the sorts as well. Not sure I will be a huge fan of it but with it being free, I will prolly try it.

 

yeah I mean it may be too much stuff going on to be successful, we shall see. it reminds me of like a halo/destiny/overwatch mix turned battle royale. like you said though, for free, it's worth a shot lol

 

Yep, my exact thoughts. It does seem very clean and pretty though.

 

yeah for a just released game it seems to be pretty dang good. most that release "beta" style are trashhhh for a few weeks.

 

Apex legends is definitely where it's at right now, just wish there was more than 3 per squad

 

Been hearing about it more and more but haven’t tried it out yet. I’ll have to give it a shot now.

 

It's like every favorite game put into 1 game. Getting a hunger game vibe from it as well. Very well put together game.

 

Yea, @stronghammer and I have been hitting up Apex Legends as of late. Fun game that's very clean and seamless so far. Different kind of learning curve with learning what each legend's abilities and strengths are but definitely a fun game nonetheless.

 

Yup, I'm thoroughly enjoying it so far. Pretty neat things taken from or removed from other games. The ping system is super useful.
