Modded it so much it turned into a 4Runner
I pulled the exhaust brackets that mount to the transmission and left them off when I did my clutch. Seems to be no adverse affects. Made access to the upper hardline much easier when doing the Accumulator delete

I added @J-pp 's flex line mod to the OP.

The line part number shown on a couple sites doesn't look like his pics with a hard 90deg elbow on one end. It should be a good starting point for anyone looking for a flex line solution though.

@J-pp Do you have a part # or size/style for the banjo bolt and adapter fitting?

@J-pp noted that he had those lying around from other mods.

The Taco threads are M10x1.0, so any banjo bolt with those threads should have an associated banjo fitting. You can probably find them in straight and 90deg, which would work with the HNCL-20 line that I linked up (maybe source a slightly shorter version to eliminate that potential air trap?). The big question is knowing if the threads on both ends of the line are the same? It doesn't say on the Amazon listing.

Edit: Clicking around, I found this:
    https://www.amazon.com/Techna-Fit-Stainless-Steel-Clutch-Nissan/dp/B00AQ2OHFG

You might ping the seller to verify the threads and length? That straight banjo fitting might be problematic? Just showing options out there.

Yeah, I figured out after posting that the slave cylinder was M10. Wasn't using my brain. I just wasn't sure what the thread/fitting on the 90 degree end of the braided line was.

I found this... Not sure if 16" is going to be too long, but certainly cheap enough to split with someone else that wants one.

Oh man. There seems to be about three different quoted threads in that listing.

Up top, it says M10 to 1.5in bolts. Maybe they mean M10x1.5 since that thread looks very coarse? Below, it say 7/16 x 20 and 3/8 x 24 in the questions. Ouch! That is a brain cramp.

**EDIT** The ALL42032 will probably not work.

One of the reivews specifies that ALL42032 is the metric version. If you click on "metric GM" and read the description near the top of the page it appears correct. It is quite annoying how Amazon handles multiple product versions on the same page. I think I'm going to order a set of these and give them a try. Hopefully I can stuff a few extra inches of hose in there and secure it with some p-clips.

Yeah. I saw that it was the metric version, but it reads like it is only metric on one end? Pinging the vendor might help?

You only need about 12in when using the prefab hard line. 16in might work fine with that straight banjo, but you might also have issues refitting the heat shield. At least you have a lot of adjustment with the banjo to help work that out?

Amazon is annoying like that, but vendors swapping and relisting different products doesn't help. I ordering a tool a while back, got a no-name version different than the title and pics. The vendor did refund the purchase very fast and told me to keep it though.

That one was posted earlier, but I don't think it was installed?

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/mt-accumulator-delete-and-bs-thread.568303/page-14#post-18992602

A 90deg banjo should work great?

Regarding the offroad question in that post, I wouldn't worry. It just hasn't been run through complete DoT / FMVSS cert.

Is there room for a straight banjo to come straight up from the slave cylinder? It's hard to tell in the pictures.

I'm, not sure. If it fits it will be real tight because of the bleeder.

I installed that one, but didn't like the way it fit. It would work, but I was worried about long term wear.

I figured that. I've got a hydraulics shop literally across the street from work. going to stop in there today and see if they can make me one. I'll let you all know how I make out.

Plan is to get 10mmx1.0mm male thread to go into the slave cylinder (preferably with a 90 degree bend and swivel end if they can get that fitting). The other end will be M10x1.0 female (also with a 90 degree bend if they have it). I am going to see if they have any mounting plates in stock that can be used with some of the newly available bolt holes also. Otherwise I'll just use p-clips.

For length I'm guessing 12" should be good enough.

I got to thinking about the banjo fitting idea. It might fit, but not be a good application. You would just be replacing the restricting orifice in the accumulator with the restricting orifice in the banjo fitting.

If the shop can make you a tube like you described, (traditional male fitting on slave-cylinder end, and traditional female on the top side), 12" length will be more than enough. They just have to have enough length behind the male fitting to fit into the bender to make the upwards turn.

Exactly what I was thinking. The holes in 10mm banjo fittings are quite small. I was going to have them make it in braided stainless for me. It would be much easier to deal with any surplus length that way. I know I have seen both ends in 90 degree variants, even found a place to get one made custom online, but I didn't want to spend any more $ than necessary. If the shop here can do it, I would guess it should be around $30.

Right on. That sounds about right for the fab costs. If they can cut to length, so much the better, but if there is any extra, it shouldn't be much and it will tuck behind the heat shield easily.
