{New Member} 2017 TRD OR 17" Pro wheels

Hey guys,

Before I get on here and try to sell my original OR wheels and tires, I'd show some photos and say hey. I have been lingering and combing the forums for the past year. I got my 2017 crew cab TRD OffRoad last October and it is a blast. I just put a 3/2" lift level kit on with the sway bar relocate, Diff drop, and carrier bearing drop. I fabb'd up some quick rear shock extensions and had the local dealership swap the TPMS sensors and mount my 17" TRD PRO 4runner wheels to the KO2s 265/70r17. All based on advice from right here on the forums. I was able to score the wheels for a black Friday deal from a dealership in Ohio for almost $200 off the set of rims!!
Its fun taking my time and making this thing what I wanted it to be, I am mostly thinking it will be my daily driver, with some light trail use and towing. I have also installed the P3 brake controller with the ESP trucks mount. Here's a few pictures from the past year!

@Yann They're just an ebay kit for 2015-16's that the bezels don't fit, and I didn't need the wiring harness from, but I just switched out the housings with my oem housings, they were around $65.

 

If that's your barn /garage with a 2post lift... I'm super jelly

Nah I’m just jealous, nice truck and welcome aboard. Just an FYI though, don’t read too many threads or you may start hating your truck.

 

It is!!! I used to work out of my dads garage for years, and finally have the space and money to have a decent shop to myself!

Theres plenty of room for projects, but realistically I have to clean it out already!!!

Yea, I think I know what you mean already, the more I dig into any pet-peeves I have with the truck, the more frustrating it is to find that everyone has the same issue and I think Toyota is just going to ignore the few they could help out with, so they don't look bad. All and all I just needed a new truck, my old one was running on 5 out of 6 cylinders when I drove it to the dealership and I was just done fixing it. So the Tacoma is a big improvement, and I still have other vehicle choices when it comes to getting off road and such.

 

Nice setup, both the garage and the rigs. Love the old LC.

How is that Flying Dog K-9??? I love Raging Bitch but never tried that one.

 

It's pretty good! my favorite is Numero Uno, which is a light drinkable summer beer, I guess they are trying to compete with the Corona market, pretty good for a light beer. A good solid drinkable IPA is Snake Dog, that one is pretty good! That K-9 box is empty in that picture so I guess its pretty good...hahaha

 

I just happened to notice it. Lol! Snake Dog is a good one too. I’ve tried like 3 or 4 of their main ones but that one looks interesting. I haven’t had Flying dog in a while but I may give it a try!
