"Top Comment" "Ranked Members" idea

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
    Bob, can we put in a function where readers can upvote a comment on threads and the most votes gets marked "Top Comment" for technical questions? Maybe have a minimum "upvotes" before being recognized as Top Comment. May have that comment moved to the #2 comment slot.

    Would help readers who are researching questions they have that others have asked before but are unable to sift through 8 pages of multiple "opinions", etc... and end up posting a new thread because the other threads were not clear or helpful. Just asking for a friend.

    Maybe also have a points based rank system for technical "knowhow" where (initially) mods can give points to people (or take away) who give a proper answer (and eventually "ranked" members can also assign points...)...

    Just a data dump of ideas, thanks for reading :D
