Watching TV out of Sac last night, story about SAR called out to "rescue" three groups of people totaling 14 people I believe was the figures. A weeks old baby and a five month old among the people out. Looked like I saw one UTV in one image. Those aren't snowmobiles, even sleds get stuck in deep, fresh snow. What were the people thinking? Donner Party comes to mind. They were close to the area where we were a week ago.

I was thinking of a couple old stories too about some people in Nevada taking a road to Oregon, getting stuck in their car. Plus the family in Oregon I believe who were out on some FS roads getting stuck. First clue that maybe you shouldn't be there is road isn't plowed, no traffic where others should be.

This. Also the rare few who see dollar signs in interviews and talk shows wanting to be the next 127 Hours story. Definitely idiots.
