    Anyone have one that they think is really good? Years ago I made turkey enchiladas and they were pretty good. Just looking for something different.

    I will do a turkey sammich now and then, outside of that I am not big on turkey so no great recipes from me. I did make a thanksgiving sammich one year with some thick cut bread, turkey, stuffing, gravy, and some cranberry can shaped stuff on it.

    Only way I’ll do it is some stuffing and turkey heated up in the microwave some mayo and cranberry sauce on white bread and put it all in the microwave just till soft and warm. Besides that no thanks.
