Not mounted or installed yet. Whynter 45 fridge / freezer which I purchased from a forum member. We did the exchange at ok4wd in NJ so I took a look around and found a tembo tusk slide on clearance. Total fridge and slide investment was $525.

Did uni filter also. 96000 miles and the foam was still in perfect condition though.

Great thread, looks like you're ready for some kind of drawer system to access those various boxes. A bedslide might be a good option, not cheap but there are diy options. I love how this forum is packed with build threads like yours and all the diy and prefab stuff people load in. Nice kids, enjoy your life dude.

Thanks, I appreciate it. Yes, drawers are on the list but the totes are easy to remove when I don't need them.

That's why I think you'd probably appreciate something like a bedslide over drawers. It lets you readily access each of the totes as well as choose which ones to load and you can still mount the fridge slide plus get to the boxes behind it. I use a simple platform drawer system for my tools which works better for my needs than a bed slide but looking at your totes and that maybe they don't stay there like my tools leads me to think just a flat slide might fit your needs better. Up to you.

Took some time to wire the fridge the right way today. After 4 hours and 3 trips to Home Depot I was good to go. Most time was spend trying to figure out how to route the wire from the battery to the back of the truck. I wanted to avoid the cat which is directly in the path of the wire run. I was able to run along the top of the frame which is also shielded by a heat shield.

This is about a $1700 setup for everything before taxes. I ended up paying about 900 and change for it all. Just like with most everything else on the truck, I got a good deal on piecing everything together and saved myself about 850 bucks.

    20190209_091328.jpg

I decided to hide the plug in the cubby hole since I don't use it for much and it would be out of the way. I also wanted to avoid knocking it off when loaded the truck. I used the ARB wiring loom.
    20190209_130831.jpg

I was having an issue getting power to it using the right angle connectors they provide, so I went to home depot and got blade female connectors which are already insulated and used those. Much better than what ARB gives IMO. And after about 4 hours of trips to the store and back and forth thinking we've got power.

Picked up a Bosch 94R AGM battery for the fridge today. Got a good price and has 80AH. Fits perfectly to replace the 27F.

Been hunting down a clunk for the last 50,000 miles. Brought it to 6-7 shops and mechanics to listen. Nobody was able to figure it out. Found a chirping recently when going over bumps which I couldn't pin point. Brought it to local shop and they found it needed ball joints on the right side and replaced the control arm assembly. Chirping and clunking are both gone. While I don't like to pay someone to fix my truck I had no choice. Best $776.00 I've ever spent.

Sweet build! What size awning do you have? Looks like the perfect width for the OEM roof rack

Setup staun tire deflators today which is awesome. Super excited to use these..

Pixel isn't a fan of leaking air sounds. Using ARB tire deflator to set PSI to 15.

Lastly, just a shot of stickers because my fascination w/ those never goes away.

Also took a shot of recovery tote inside..until I decide to spend $1000 on drawers or make them myself the totes will have to do. I've got three totes. 1. Recovery gear / tools. 2. Emergency equipment (MRE's, water, blankets, etc. 3. Cooking stuff. Stove, utensils, pans, etc. ) In here we've got spare fuses, connectors, and wiring, BROG air tool bag, Adventure tool company shop roll with tools, arb strap, 1/2" wood to jack from in sand, gloves, and misc spare parts.
