1# Italian sausage stuffed with 6 Italian cheese blend, pepperoni, salami & another layer of cheese blend wrapped in 1# of woven bacon

 

Don't have a heart attack! But really, that does look delicious.

 

I posting about fattys the other day in the smokers thread:

And since fattys were brought up. Here is a post from 6 years ago. Dang that was some meat feast!

Had a party this weekend for my b-day so I decided to feed the crew with some smokey treats.

Did 4 different fatties. Here is the first with cream cheese, bell peppers, and onions.



The second one was pizza style with salami, pepperoni, onions, bell peppers, olives, and mozzarella (pic before cheese went on)



Third was pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, and red chilis



Last was the breakfast fatty. Cheddar cheese, hash browns, eggs, veggies. Wrapped in a bacon weave.







Here are the first round of meats going on the smoker



and the breakfast fatty ready for consumption



And here is a pic after the breakfast fatty was pulled from the smoker and the rest of the meats loaded. The other 3 fatties, 3 racks of ribs, and 2 pork shoulders.



No pics of post cooking due to being too busy eating It all turned out really good and all of it was consumed.

One more because I'm hungry...

Did a fatty and some ribs yesterday. Fatty stuffed with onion, bell pepper, pastrami, and cheese. Bacon weave. Smoke with apple wood.

 

Anyone looking for an inexpensive ride? Just posted my wife's vehicle for sale...ad says firm but we can move a bit on it. It's a one owner vehicle with no accidents and just over 98k miles.

Seriously who does that. Probably dropped like $20k in labor paying a shop to build it plus the $20k in parts and now they can't afford it. Or they got it done and realized it's not as good offroad as they expected and are getting a Raptor or a JL or something

 

That rare 6 speed almost had me writing a check...
