    9-14”here mixing with sleet . They are telling everyone to stay off the roads from midnight Saturday until at least Sunday night :( If we do not get the mixing of sleet it will be around 20”

The original builder put flexible pipe in his walls, stupid and a fire hazard. I won’t finish today, hopefully I’ll get the Sheetrock off and new rigid pipe installed.

    The LLC (red/undiluted) and the SLLC (pink/prediluted) OE coolants are stupid expensive. Our 2nd gens run the SLLC.

    Valvoline's Zerex is nearly identical in chemical makeup and is fully compatible with the OE juice. It's also premixed. Just dumb it in.

    Whatever you go with...the most important thing is to make sure it's a P-HOAT formula that is silicate and borate free.

    P-HOAT = phosphate hybrid organic acid technology.

    Zerex comes in 2 asian formulas....pink to match Toyota/Lexus/Scion color and blue to match Honda's OE coolant. Color is unimportant.

    Don't spend $25+ a gallon for SLLC. You can buy Zerex at Walmart for less than $13 a gallon.
