Installed “raptor” lights, yellow lamin-x on the fogs, and OR Tow hook (painted it red). 9A247DE9-F233-4A88-A2C8-F1FC31074D70.jpg4889114B-0082-481A-8019-071642C6ADFB.jpg
Followed Taco Twonz video for installing the raptor lights into grill but ran wire to fuse panel under dash so they would be on when vehicle is on. Lamin-x came out pretty good but not perfect. Red tow hook just because...

What did I do to my 3rd Gen today??? Sadly, I lost control and slammed into a curb up in Lake Tahoe and jacked up my wheels a bit. I know it's not that bad, but I've been hoping to sell/trade in the truck for an upgrade. I figure everyone on this forum is constantly upgrading their wheels, so does anyone have a line on a place that stockpiles take-off wheels in the San Jose/Monterey CA region? I figure there is junkyard full of these wheels somewhere that are in decent shape. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Check the buy sell trade thread as someone is almost always selling their stock wheels. I’m about to sell mine but I’m way too far away. Best of luck to you.

Cut the absolute f#$k out of my cab mounts today, and the 295s STILL hit. Looks like I am gonna have to fiddle with the alignment and move the wheels forward. LCA cams to most positive, then move the upper ball joint negative.

Wife and my youngest kid drove the Taco from Austin to San Antonio. Now they wanna swap cars: I’d have to settle for a Honda Odyssey Touring. LOL

The curvature of the new light must have helped the aerodynamics.

Sorry it took a bit I've been away from TW. Overall I like it except for the interior lights coming on every time I get in to drive. The alerts are good you can set it for 24, 48, or 72 hours of monitoring and it is supposed to cut off if it notices the battery getting weak. I have the warnings and alerts set on so if somebody bumps it or it thinks they are inside the cab I'll get a notification usually within about 10 seconds of the event. While it's still monitoring you can use the app to view live video away from the truck. I'm going on vacation the end of next week and will be leaving the truck in long term parking so I plan to log in from time to time and check it.
