    Hello,

I'm getting ready to replace my engine, but I have a bit of a hiccup. I live downtown in an apartment building with no garage I can use for this kind of work. I was thinking I would easily find a vehicle storage unit at one of the big chains, but they're either above $200, close too early, or don't have any available.

Has anyone had experience with this before? I just need somewhere to work on my truck for a while.

    Thank you,
    MacGyvR

Thought I might update this since I've learned more. The storage places I've called don't allow you to work on cars on site, so that's out. I did find that there are two garages around the valley where you can rent a bay and leave your car over night if needed. It's not cheap, but here they are:

I'm going to see if I can borrow a friend's garage for this, but if I can't I'll be checking out that u fix it place. Not cheap, but a good option for those of us without a garage. Hope this helps someone!
