So had a little ice storm last night. Kids 1st day closed school this year. My work for 1st time in 15 years said we didnt have to come in. Wife went to work!!

So I played a good 5 hours Red Dead 2. And the rest chilling by fire grinding the new Punisher series. Best day I've had in years. Lol.

I just need to know if you can tell what size ports are on this hydraulic cylinder?

    20190121_164127.jpg

    These are the lines

    20190121_164006.jpg

I could try to get more information. All I want to do is replace the hydraulic cylinder immediately and then buy a seal kit to repair the existing one. I'm just not paying Kubota for their part. I remember you building that FEL and figured if anyone could help it'd be you.

    Thanks.

I can’t really say what size port that is from the pics. I think the bigger questions are the length of cylinder retracted pin to pin, size of pin, rod diameter, bore size, and stroke. A good place to go is to Google “Surplus Center” in Lincoln Nebraska. Go to hydraulic cylinders then you can narrow it down by going to this attributes page and plugging in what you need.

    Hope this helps

Also if this is a factory part and you have the part # you can call them and they can sometimes cross reference it to their part. They have always been very knowledgeable in all my builds.

    First, morning Cap City.

Second, thanks for trying to help. I know the stock cylinder is a 2" bore and 5" stroke. It also uses 1" pins. The stroke length is not standard. From what I've found.

Edit - Ok, found this after getting on the computer here at work.

Kubota 70001-00871 Hydraulic Cylinder 2x5 RAM Quick Hitch Snowblower 70060-04131

    Then I found this part:

    https://parts.kubotaofomaha.com/kubota-hydraulic-cylinder-70001-00871/

This says 3/4" pins at both ends (easy to confirm with my caliper).

This is the cylinder I'd like to use to replace mine

    CWA Hydraulics TR Tie Rod Cylinder 2" Bore x 6" Stroke x 1 1/8" Rod x 2500 PSI - Port: SAE 8 and 3/8 NPT https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CLMMZ4P/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_F.fsCbE0Y8KCR

It has two port sizes. The price is right! But now I am seeing this 3/4" pin thing! :frusty::frusty::frusty:

Also, this subframe is part # BX2751. I called the dealer and of course they will only sell the parts, not give out any other info. They suck.

I may call Messiks. They might know what size those line ends are that go into the ports.
