I don't have anymore currently, but I am putting a new list together to order another batch of connectors. Want me to add you?

No worries brotha, I’m good. I ordered all the pieces to make my own. Just trying to find the female adapter so I don’t have to cut my OME plug. Will do if needed but would rather not.

    Hi!

Can you make me a harness? How long do you think it'll take you to have the new batch ready?

    Thanks!

I can. It will take about 3-4 weeks. It takes a few weeks just to get the connectors, and then the build time.

How much you charge for the harness? Might as well add me to the list. Already having shipping issues since I’m guessing the parts are coming from China.

I don't think that information is correct, I think anyone who needs this harness will need toad the controls.

Just wanted to add my experience to this thread. I retrofitted an '12 panel into my '07 Taco. I purchased a harness from Svonavja and I believe the whole pin 13 & 16 thing was fine the way he wired my harness and looks to me that the wire in question was in pin 13 on my harness. Any way, I modified the board according to the write up in the beginning of this thread. Used a exacto and put a deep fine cut on the board and soldered very thin gauge wire, used my voltmeter to verify solder points and everything reassembled no problem. All dials and buttons work. Only thing is when I set the temperature dial to "Max AC" the AC doesn't activate on its own. I have to manually turn on and off the AC. This doesn't bother me one bit as the AC is always running in my Taco (I prefer the dehumidified air). Other than that, I soldered the wires to the pin hole pass through connections on the board rather than sanding down a lead. Refer to these attached photo to get an idea of what I did. So happy to be rid of the amber lights. The only car that should have amber lights is a BMW.

Ok Guys... I need some help!

Turns out I got the connectors that are needed... at work... and made my own harness for the old 06 TRD.

Everything works but one thing... The AC button light turns on and off, but the AC is always on!!!

Any of you have any idea what is going on???

Also, I used 22 AWG wire, do you think I will be fine?

22awg is fine. Do you have pictures of each connector and wiring?

What do you guys mean by AC is always on? With temp control to cold setting and AC button off you still get cold air as if the AC button is on?

So has any one found an actual no shit way to make these harnesses work for the 05-08 models? I have done the soldering bit and still nothing. I finally get it to work and the ac won’t turn off. My slot 16 is open and 13 is just a white wire. Does pin 13 need to go to 16?

Are there any more harnesses available? I have the controls and now I only need to get this to get it working.

It sounds like a pin 16/13 issue, did you try 16 to see if that works?
