When rolling at 15-20 mph it sounds like my brakes almost squeaking but I’m not pressing the breaks. Could it be the wear tab?

Could be if it sounds like fingernails on a chalk board (you younger guys would not know what that sounds like). It would be on your front brakes (disc) Cant remember what the minimum thickness is, but you can measure the pads. How many miles on them? I have 87k and still plenty of pad left.
