Anyone install heated seats themselves. Where did you purchase them? We’re they hard to install?
    Thanks.

Easy seat heater mod = Extension cord and a heating pad plugged into bed outlet. Boom!! Instant butt heat

I bought the CoverKing Saddle Blanket seat covers (Hey, what can I say. I like them) and installed heater kits under them. The most work was running the wires and installing the switches. I bought the heater kits from Amazon and they work very well with the seat covers.

I did. Got em off Amazon. Forgot which ones but it was just some top rated ones. I put them in with my Clazzio seats. Stuck them on the stock seats, right on top of the cloth. Ran the wires through the side by the seatbelt plug thing (cant thing of wtf its called) then under the center console, and into the dash. Ez pz. They were like 50$ I think. Keeps my ass nice and warm all winter.

Pretty much the exact way I did it. I did not mod the switches to fit in different slots though so my passenger seat switch is in the center. I might change it down the road, but maybe not.

Seat heaters work fine, switches look factory, and after reading all the threads on burnt out connectors on factory heated seats, I figure they can't be any worse than toyota heaters.

I did it like that also. Except I used mesojdm's 7 switch panel, and wired it differently. I have an aux power rail I powered it from then just tapped into cig lighter for acc and a random switch for backlight.

I found the heaters on Amazon with Toyota style switches.

I wouldn't say it was hard, but getting the heaters themselves installed in the seats wasn't exactly fun. My cuticles bled for a week.
