For stock wattage without reducing the high beam performance by covering it with a filament, yes. If you didn’t care about high beam performance the GE +130 are pretty stellar (I’ve only tried them in H11) but the H4 their high beam is coated which will reduce performance.

I have a bunch of performance H4s to show a measured statistical comparison soon for “best” with data to back it, but I haven’t gotten to it yet.

The 120s don’t appear to be available to the USA on any Amazon any longer from what I searched. Power bulbs doesn’t have them so eBay appears to be the only option. Just ordered 2 sets.
    Thanks again.

When I opened the link, there are 2 harnesses. Is it the $104.50 or the $69 one? I have ordered the fog light wires from Rally lights and figured I might as well do the headlights while I'm at it. I have a 2013 if that makes a difference.

It looks like the $104.50 is the one I want.....should have kept reading :D

$69 one is just the components to build your own harness.

Gotcha. The "built" one it is. I think it's worth the extra money to not have to do myself.

Just a heads up when ordering the Osram All Season bulbs from Amazon UK...

My package arrived notably flattened, one end of the exterior box was missing and the bulb boxes themselves showed signs from being pressed on. The bulbs look OK, but I haven't installed them yet. Due to me not having ordered enough items from Amazon UK, I am not able to leave any formal feedback (that I can find). It was dispatched by Amazon so I am looking for another way to air my issues with them, so we will see.

My package also arrived in less than ideal condition though the bulb boxes themselves were not crushed. I know @Too Stroked had a similar experience as you and was able to leave feedback. Perhaps he can share how he did so.

Amazon UK only had one bulb left, so the bulbs I ordered came from Amazon France. The 4 bulbs were simply tossed in a flimsy carboard outer box with no bubble wrap or other padding. The outer box was crushed and one end was partially open when it arrived. Two of the inner (bulb) boxes were partially crushed and open. The bulbs in them were not broken, but I kind of wonder how long they'll work - if they work.

As for what I did, my French is non-existent, so I think I asked for a refund on two bulbs. For all I know, I insulted somebody's mother though. Wish me luck!

No personal experience but Depo lights typically get decent reviews on TW, never heard of the other one. So if deciding between those two and not OEM, I’d likely go with Depo. But you might also look for CAPA certified lights too, they are a higher quality standard than generic aftermarket.

Is there a high wattage bulb available that will have similar performance performance to the osram all weather without the yellow?

Xencn, which I believe is an Osram China company makes a version of the discontinued Hyper. I tried them out somewhere back in this thread, they were not an equivalent and had a bit lower performance. I haven’t yet tried to compare them to the Superbright 100/90w.

    Safe travels to your bulbs!

Part of this is Amazon international sucking at shipping, which seems somewhat ironic, and the other part is Osrams sucky packaging on these bulbs. I ordered some Xencn (Osram China company) for a different project and they are packaged so well they could survive a plane crash. Hands down best bulb packaging I've seen, with the bulb anchored into place in a design so it was impossible for them to break free unless the package was opened, cocooned in a heavy duty polycarbonate box.

    Random, but interesting headlight related.

The Germans in WWII were worried about being picked off by planes at night, so they came up with "black out headlights" to allow them to see without drawing attention from Allied aircraft.
