Dope, I’m about to go the same route with a 19x or G45. Haven’t decided which one yet.

Smith and Wesson Performance shop does good work, but you could check the listings at the American Gunsmith Guild as most of them are revolver and 1911 smiths and the top in the country

Thanks. I've heard that the Performance Center will do a good job, but not near what a good gunsmith does. I don't know the truth to that, but there is a wait for S&W for sure. I found a local guy that used to do all of the police revolvers back in the day. I'm bringing it to him tomorrow.

See if you can look at his finished products before he works on yours. There's more than a few gunsmiths that do mediocre work. You could also look at doing a minor spring kit yourself if you want a little better trigger.

Sign up with the Garand Collectors Association and order one from the CMP. It'll run, depending on condition, $750-1200 and be shipped to your door.

I've had a NOS Nikon 4x40 from the mid-80's approximately in the closet for a while and never quite found the right rifle to put it on. Gloss black, clean as the day it was made, can't decide if I want to sell it, or spend money I don't have on a new long gun. Difficulty - already have a great (Browning BAR) deer rifle with a classic Leupold 3x9, the Mini14 is already scoped, I'm left handed so bolt actions aren't nearly as common to come by just to pick something up.

Just started with this one. Relentless aluminum bumper, weathertechs, tint, radio. Wheels/tires and camper shell soon. Lift after the warranty has be thoroughly abused
Stoked on a new carry. Anybody on here built out a Smith and Wesson Shield? IMG_4619.jpg

Definitely poking at the thought of a TLR-6. Any holster recommendation? would have to run a different one to fit the light

CYA makes one. It's on Amazon for $35, I think. I don't carry it anymore, just full-size guns for me.

I've been using an alien gear with M&P9s for years, but I'm about to start carrying a J frame aiwb. If I were sticking with a semi auto, I'd buy stealth gear.

Just picked up my CZ p07.. neighbor has a few CZ Handguns, seem to be solid, accurate, and great for the price. The CZ 75 SP01 is as heavy as cinder block but is great to shoot all day long.
