    I'm new to TW

[EDIT] Bought a 2014 looking for a box to fit in the back. Have a full size 12" sub not sure if I need to go to a 10" or buy a shallow mount. Thinking of buying this ********* box but I don't think it will fit my full size 12". Mounting depth of my sub is 8.5" I think.

How is the box and dealing with the company? I'll probably do something similar.

    Thanks

12 in sub for actual bass
I got the 12in one and its fits like a glove. I have seat covers and it doesnt interfere at all here's a pic of it. Sub is image dynamic might upgrade it to something better but for now its kicks pretty good. Recently changed my tweeters for the Subaru ones if you haven't it's worth it. Oh yeah also that's a full 12 in in there not a shallow mount :)

I put the amp under the seat so that when truck is rolling the air is coming in through the vent under seat cools it

2017 offroad dc just in case

I bought their entire 12" subwoofer package, the box, wires, amp, and their subwoofer. I can recommend for you to buy everything except for the subwoofer from them. The one they sell burned out/broke/idk what within a month. They were quick to offer a replacement, but since I couldnt wait any longer I pulled the trigger on a kicker and they just refunded it. Overall good experience, I would buy from them again. And yes, the harnesses etc seem like over priced wires that you could find cheaper in person, but their harness fro the head unit is pretty important for it all to function properly.

Interesting that you had problems with the sub they are selling I haven't tried the cheaper Image dynamics sub's but I have an IDMAX 12 V.4 D4 which is the high end stuff they sell and it's extremely good. I just need a Box to throw that sub into when the time comes.

Get their box, it fits just fine behind the rear drivers side seat.

Wanted to ask what is the mounting depth for the box? My sub is a 8.5" mounting depth not sure if it will fit. Ended up purchasing a 2014 instead of 2016 as well so I'm not sure if the size changes.

I got an image dynamic 12 in in right now and looked up the specs. Says its 8.15 in mounting depth. Still has a bit of wiggle room. Dont know about exactly about it changing from 2nd gen to 3rd
