    The issue is that you will lose some of the safety features of the truck, such as the lane departure warning, because they run through the head unit.

    When you mention that, does that mean you'd did not gain any use of the steering wheel controls, reverse camera, and etc?

    I’m gonna take a wild guess and say that it won’t happen. I think the best option for us is aftermarket CarPlay modules. There are a few around now.
