Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2018-2019 Toyota Tacoma vehicles. Improper machining of the brake master cylinder may result in internal damage of one of the seals, affecting brake performance.

The Toyota Tacoma has been involved in 49 recalls. The 2010 has 13 recalls, On average you can expect a model year to be recalled 6.4 times.

I don’t understand why people has the Tacoma on a pedestal, it has all kind of recalls, chassis being a biggie and also as a huge number of TSB’s.

 

Yep, there definitely weren’t any problems or recalls with the first year of the new Tacomas.

Not this nonsense fanboy sh*t again. From someone who had a 2016 that fell under lemon law, I can assure you the 2016 Tacoma had plenty first year problems/recalls, CPS failure leaving people dead on the side of the road, low transmission fluid, leaking rear diffs and more.

 

At least they found the problem quickly and are fixing it.
