Ah didn’t catch the part where your getting older in the original post. You use this like a hot tube to relax the muscles and joints. I’d personally suggest ice baths everyday with your hot shower treatment. They have been proven to help eith aches and pains and improving cardio. Probably a host of other things. Hot shoehowers finishedup with as cold of water shower as you can get for a few mins does wonders.

    What hammock is that?

Funny you should mention ice baths. We are fishing late winter and spring. We get all the cold water treatment we need when we head out across the lake into a quartering wind and it blows the bow splash back on us. There is no such thing as a "dry" boat in a quartering wind. We are soaked and chilled to the bone by dark. That is a large reason I stay in the hot shower that long.

The hammock: https://www.dreamhammock.com/. This one is the Sparrow. There are cheaper hammocks, but there are no hammocks that are more comfortable. I spent a fortune learning this. Have bought all the espoused "best" ones in this search: sent most of them back after fifteen minutes. Buy once, cry once. I have a few others that I will gladly sell you.

I use Goal Zero lanterns and have zero complaints. They are rechargeable, come with built-it USB cable for charging, and a USB port to charge other devices. The lanterns also have a hook and folding legs.
