You already have stiffer coils in the sport than the SR5 and OR. So I'd imagine you'll be stiffer overall. Sounds about right to be honest.

Well damn, thanks for replying. It feels like a lowered car without the bounce which not what I had in mind.

Shoot- I misspoke. I was thinking you got the shock only and installed on the sport coils. Not the case, obviously.

Let the shocks settle. It’ll ride stiffer until then.

Awesome thanks for replying. Did you compensate for the rear lean?

I put brand new take off 2017 leaf springs in the back and added a leaf ... this put the rake back in and gives me a bit more load carrying.

Your 2015 springs might be a little tired too

Anybody here mounted an ARB bumper with the 2nd gen TRD Pro suspension?

    Bad idea? Too much weight?

Way too much weight. You’d be bottoming out very often and the 14x600 lb springs these come with already come preloaded 3”.

I swapped mine out when I got a bumper.

I have access cab 2.7 4x4. I installed the baja suspension on mine. Also added the arb bumper and winch. I was at 23" to center of hub before the bumper and winch. Now I'm a hair above 22". Arb bumper 150 lbs give or take. Winch was about 50 with synthetic line.

Getting my kit installed this coming weekend with the Icon AAL. ARB bumper sounds like a bad idea for now, but maybe I'll dabble in new springs in the very distant future.

I'm a 4.0 2007 Access Cab so curious how much lift I'll see.

One last question for the group: Should I keep the factory overload in or out? I know it's personal preference and been asked a million times... but:

    1) I want some perceptible rake
    2) Terrified of bro lean (Remember, I'm an Access Cab, so hard to get a good read on what lift to expect)
    3) I might get a camper shell in the next year and still want some rake
    4) I will likely never tow, ever
    5) Will be running 265/75r16 (for what it's worth)
    6) I don't want my truck bed to be too high to use practically as a truck bed (I'm average height)
    7) On TSBs with ~50K miles, almost all of which were an unloaded truck bed

I'm a DCSB but I had bro lean until I installed an AAL. I left the overload in and am glad I did. Nice amount of rake, feels good, and the rare times when I haul and tow it feels/looks good.

On DCSB, with rear 3+1 TSB, the TRD Pro kit for me perfectly leveled the front with the back.

Got it so without an aal you were level?

Were these newish TSB springs? I’m hearing others report similar measurements or being slightly nose high.

Roseville Toyota shows these as cartable for $627 as of now. I've no use...went OME.

They are cartable, but default shipping cost will be $10,000. It’s an error, they’re out of stock.

I called and asked a couple months ago.

Yes, it’s level visually. I should have measured but didn’t at the time. I believe I had the TSB springs done in winter 2014, so they are worn in, but not worn out yet when it’s only me in the truck. That said, as soon as I start loading the vehicle with adult passengers, the handling degrades and the steering requires more effort, so those rear springs are pretty saggy and crappy now when they are loaded.
