I am not all back together yet. A few surgeries to go. However, life is much better since ending the chemo. And yes, I have managed to get out into the mountains a bit recently.

Glad all is well with you.

Dude I was just looking at your truck while I was at work today. I'm up in the control tower and was doing some car spotting (I think you were near UPS). My truck is stock, but you'll see it, same color and year. I'm fixing it right now should be a week or two.

    LOL Oh my gosh.

Lady was complaining about calling a car shop to get tires rotated. When they asked what vehicle they had she told them it was a 2016 Denali. She was upset that the woman at the auto shop didn't know what a Denali was.

So... I chime in and point out that a Denali is a trim package. Not a vehicle. What she has is a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD with the Denali package. She continued to talk poorly of the woman at the auto shop who didn't know what a Denali was.

I asked her what an SR5 was. She didn't know. I told her it was a Toyota trim package. She didn't think she needed to know that. I told her either did the lady at the shop. She asserted the woman should know since dhe works at a auto shop. So, I asked her what a specific part was on a product we sell here at work. She didn't know. I said why not, you work here. She says, "But I'm new." I replied, "How do you know the woman wasn't new too? You're judging her without even knowing yourself."

Not to mention that trim packages are available on multiple models...so not really able to ID a specific vehicle based on that alone.

LOL Yeah I pointed that out to her as well. Another person in our presence actually asked, "Is Denali available on all GMC models?"

I know it's an option on pretty much all their Trucks and SUVs. Heck, the GMC Canyon has a Denali package.

I hate talking to people so I would’ve never been able to lend that insight, wanted or not.

I talk for a living. And my opinion is given freely.

And I can't stand watching people talking smack about someone as if they know better... when it's obvious they don't have a clue either.
