XD9000 picked it up for $325 the guy upgraded to a HS9500 gave me the new steel cable and fairlead. He kept his synthetic rope I upgraded the solenoids to a contactor. Mounted it on a receiver mount and put jumper cable leads on it. Have yet to use it but had one on my old Bronco it did very well. Back when I used to wheel regularly.

Yeah I didn't even try to talk him down on price. I didn't even test it after meeting him and seeing his stuff this guy didn't own junk. After I bought it he told me he had upgraded the motor and recently tore it down and regreased it.

    Hey man,
Where did you get the wiring?
Also, how do you crimp those?

    Thanks

I'm not him but you can get the wire from any welding shop and I use a big ass pair of channel locks in my vise to crimp stuff like that. Works like a charm.

I didn't think I was going to be able to pull this guy out. So she didn't start recording until we seen it was going to work. I pulled him about 30 feet though the ditch with his front and rear axles plowing dirt. I had to reset 3 times but I was beyond suprised it did it with a single line pull

Looks like 4Wheelparts is having a sale on Warn winches.

I got an email coupon for 10% off, so I tried getting a VR10 online, but it said the coupon didn't apply (it was for full price items), but their website is all screwy, it was still showing the full price.

I ending up going in to my local store and got the VR10 for ~$570.

Bought mine 10 years ago with the arb and leer topper. I've put it through hell and it probably pulls harder now than it did brand new.
