Ive only used Seafoam in my 2000 4Runner 2.7 threw my vaccum line and in my oil befor changes, never had any problems at all. I don’t see the need to do it in my oil on my 18 with the 2.7 but I was thinking of putting a can in a full tank of gas every couple of weeks or so. Does anyone have any recommendations or horror stories before I decide to make this a regular routine? Opinions wanted.

    Why. You having problems?

Personally that is the second to last thing I would do on a new vehicle. Last thing is a catch can.
    This is voodoo.

I am deeply offended! My whites are in a bunch now.
Oil catch can ROCK! I have 6 of them. One for each cylinder.
For real, I have one and each oil change (7-8K) I get about 4oz. of nasty oil that otherwise would have gotten into the air intake manifold.
Just replaced the oil catch can's filter (to keep the oil from sloshing around).
