The washers are 3/8 that you need to get.

 

I just went to the local farm supply store and picked up a couple washers. (I took the bolt with me.) 11 cents total.

These came in last Friday and I got them installed asap. Immediately after I installed them I just sat in the seat, I'm not sure if it's a placebo affect or not but my lower back had been killing me for weeks and it was the first time it felt good to sit in that seat in a long time.

So far the longest I've been in the seat with these risers has been an hour and I'm glad to say it didn't hurt.

I'm planning a trip to death valley soon and I look forward to being able to reduce my daily ibuprofen regimen.

 

Ordered on Sunday, got mine today. Very fast shipping in my opinion. Not to mention an EXCELLENT product. this literally should have been my very first mod. drove it home from work (only 13 miles) but immediately felt more comfortable. there was no tug on my lower back anymore. I am only 5'3" and I opted for the 1" spacers. I recommend anybody looking for a higher seat position in their Tacoma to pick up a set or two of these. I did order a set for both seats as I am too OCD to only do one. so glad I did this! Thank you @olecoot!

A bunch of them. You can see how many feed backs on three different threads, surprised me for sure. But hey when something works and folks feed back about it working, folks know it is for real.

 

I was skeptical about whether a 1” lift would make any difference in the comfort of the seat, but I thought I’d give it a try...I’ve spent $33 in worse ways! Installed them last night and have to say that I’m pleasantly surprised. I just returned from a 3 hour drive and couldn’t be more pleased. Now, I just have to keep my wife out of the driver seat or she’ll want a set for the passenger side Thanks, olecoot !!!

I installed 1.5” spacers and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. I bought my own 10.9 grade bolts. My only doubt/question is how safe are these spacers in an event of an accident? Thanks

 

Maan, make sure you guys use the correct lengh bolts and strength. If can , grade 8 bolts.
Some DIY guys are pretty scary.

I installed mine in my seat about a month ago. Definitely a huge improvement for me. Today i finally installed the passenger seats spacers.

 

I'd like to order 2 sets - is it still 8 for shipping? And what grade bolts do you send with the spacers?
