I have had many desserts before that I greatly enjoyed and only after having gorged myself on them, was I told they were GF. Don't knock it till you try it, guys.

Don't get me wrong though, there is some stuff out there that is really bad. But, if you take your time and develop flavor, GF can be just as delicious.

when i first switched there was a lot of trial and error and things that i hated. but i've learned what i like and what i don't. some foods i miss. i'll get weird cravings for things i can't have anymore.
i would kill for a good cinnamon roll.
    croutons on a salad.
pork chop sammich(local thing...beer battered deep fried pork loin on a hamburger bun...)

I've had three different types. Cant remember the names. Two were not very good. One was doable if that was the only option. Wine is GF right?

I've had nothing but bad foods from GF...Maybe its cuz I only know one lady that cooks it, she has to have GF stuff so its prob ok for her. I forget what she made one time and it wasnt good so I guess thats my reasoning. But I did see the GF recipe maybe you can try that one and do a test run?

Your'e Right that is on the list for this year Project now that I have the Deck finished.... well almost ... the plans are to build an outdoor kitchen and I was going to do that on the deck but then somebody said the word "Hot tub" ..... original plans went awry so I had to rethink the layout so now it will be a covered back yard kitchen with a fire pit that I think will work out better for the wine tasting events...

Funny thing is (to me) that @MTgirl pointed out that I need a roof over my Grill area because Just this last Friday I took the Drone out and took pictures of the layout so I could work out a better landscape plan for the area around the Back of the house to add a Outdoor fun area without making it look too crowded, the Left side is where I'm thinking to do the outdoor kitchen.

where is the inside kitchen? i think having an outdoor grill with easy access to the inside kitchen area would be ideal. just my $0.02

Your $0.02 is worth $5.00 the inside kitchen is thru the door on the left side also the Summer dinning room is same access (Sun Room) and I can hand things directly into the inside Kitchen thru a window right onto a counter top.
